1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Omega Supplies (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our UK website and directly from our company.

1.2 By placing an order with us, you (“you”, “the customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

 

2. Orders

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

2.2 Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

3.2 Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

3.3 We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer.

 

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

4.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

4.3 If you fail to take delivery, we may charge storage and redelivery costs.

 

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1 Consumers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

5.2 Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and at your own cost unless faulty.

5.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5.4 Certain goods are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. perishable, personalised, or sealed items once opened).

 

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 We warrant that goods will conform to their description and be free from material defects at the time of delivery.

6.2 Our liability for defective goods is limited to repair, replacement, or refund.

6.3 We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from use of our goods.

6.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.

7.1 All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Omega Supplies.

7.2 You must not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written consent.

8.2 By placing an order, you consent to such processing.

 

9. Force Majeure

9.1 We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or government restrictions.

 

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
